Staring in 2023, I begun creating the seasonal cocktail menus for one of my long-time clients, The Grill.

I worked closely with the bar manager to collaborate on these and bring their visions to life. We start the process by the bar manager usually telling me a theme or particular vibe they want the menu to have. I go from there and usually get a fair amount of creative control. These are some of my favorites that we have done over the last few years.
